The location is conveniently close to great restaurants, shopping, and convenience stores. All of the new homes at Stonebrook are true smart homes with smart garage doors, smart door lock, and a smart thermostat. The HOA fee of $287 seems reasonable for all the included amenities; I just would have liked to see this community surrounded by a gate.
