The community of Skyhaus is gorgeous, especially if you see it in the afternoon when the sun is setting behind the westward hills. At Skyhaus, you shouldn't feel cramped because it's surrounded by wide-open spaces, and the buildings are spread out with a lot of green space in-between. You'll be close to Cal State San Marcos, bars, and many great restaurants. At the entrance is a gate, and once you enter, you'll see the large resort-inspired pool area; resembles a pool you'd see in Vegas; clean, modern, and new. I like the floorplans of the homes, especially considering all the homes are two-stories. The Plan one is fairly small at only 752 square feet, but I do like that they offer it, perfect size home for a single person with one car. The plan 6R and 6X have large wrap around courtyards/patio space, mainly due to them being corner units. The 6X will have the largest balcony off the Master Bedroom. Although I would have liked to see more features included like solar, smart thermostats, and video doorbell, I'm impressed with Skyhaus for many reasons, especially the fact that they offer a one-bedroom home with a garage, and starting at the high $300k's, that's unique.
